Wolfpack Running Tx has partnered with Running OT coaching to bring you *Alpha Wolf Training!*
Together, we have created a 12-week training program for runners to hit their personal running goals for distances from 5K to the Marathon leading up the the San Antonio Rock and Roll race series.
You will be coached by Wolfpack founder, Alex Flores and 2020 Olympic trial marathon qualifier Erica Kirkwood. Both are degreed running coaches who are also former NCAA Track and Field and Cross-Country standouts.
There will also be two outstanding and knowledgeable assistant coaches for support and accountability along the way.
Our goal is to encourage, support, motivate, and provide you with the tools you need to achieve your running goals.
You will have 3 days in-person coaching available: Tuesday, Thursday, and a long run on the weekend. (These are all optional, but recommended. )

Training specific to achieving a half-marathon running goal for the Fall/ Winter Race Season.
Training specific to achieving a marathon running goal for the Fall/ Winter Race Season.
*Due to the specific demands of training for a full marathon, running experience is required.
